Our promise
- You will receive a courtesy call approximately three months after installation, to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that you are still happy with your product.
- We hope that you enjoy your product, however, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, we endeavour to attend any call-out or breakdown within 24-48 hours of receiving notification, where practicable.
- Following notification of a call-out/breakdown, an engineer from Dragon Gates & Electrical will call you to arrange a convenient appointment time. If for any reason, the engineer cannot keep this appointment, you will be notified immediately and the appointment re-arranged. If the engineer anticipates being late on the day of the appointment (i.e. due to traffic problems etc) you will be informed straight away by the engineer, en-route.

- We can supply only or supply and fit both metal and wooden gates, beautifully crafted to your specification.
